  • When do you start benefiting from the discounts with the Pcard?

    1) Have you just downloaded the Pcard App and validated a payment method?

    2) Have you just received your Pcard by mail?

    Then, during your next parking visit, do not take a ticket — simply enter the car park using your Pcard and enjoy discounts of up to 30% off the regular price.

  • I just signed up and I see a €5.00 charge on my credit card, what is it?

    When you subscribe to Pcard Private, €5.00 will be charged to the bank card linked to your Pcard account.
    This charge allows us to ensure, as soon as you subscribe, that your Pcard is correctly associated with your bank card. The amount is automatically credited to your Pcard account and this €5.00 credit will be used the first time you use your Pcard.

  • Can the card provider charge additional top-up fees?

    Yes, the Pcard+ guarantees the lowest price. However, your provider may charge additional fees depending on your subscription.

  • Do I have guaranteed access if I have a car park subscription?

    Unfortunately, we cannot ensure access to our car parks for our customers who do not have reserved parking spaces.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    Please contact the department of the car park via its description page.

  • How can I get or change a car park subscription?

    1) To subscribe to a parking subscription, you can do so directly on our website from the Subscriptions page by choosing the parking location you are interested in.
    You can also contact us by email at contact-france@interparking.com or by phone at 09 70 14 01 11.

    2) To modify or cancel a subscription, please contact us by email or phone.

  • How can I inform Interparking of my new license plate or car?

    If you have a new license plate or a new car, it is important to inform us, as some of our car parks use license plate recognition technology.
    You can update this information directly via the Pcard App or in your My Account area, or by contacting us at 09 70 14 01 11 or contact-france@interparking.com.

  • How can I modify my address/ bank account?

    Contact customer service by email at contact-france@interparking.com or by phone at 09 70 14 01 11.
