Located in the basement of a high-end office building, the car park is monitored day and night by a security control center. Parking spaces are available exclusively through subscriptions.
It is accessible 24/7. Vehicle entry is via Rue Bertie Albrecht, while the exit and pedestrian access are located on Rue Balzac. The building’s main entrance is at 21/25 Rue Balzac, just a 5-minute walk from Place de l’Étoile.
As the car park is reserved for subscribers only, all spaces are assigned and reserved. You keep the same parking spot throughout your subscription, so you never have to worry about where to park!
