How to charge your vehicle?

With your electric charging badge (ChargeMap, Shell Recharge, ...)

• First, plug your cable into the charging station, then into your vehicle.

• Hold your RFID card to the reader on the charging station.

• Once the card is recognized, the charging session starts automatically.

• To stop charging, hold your RFID card to the reader again to end the session. The cable unlocks, and you can unplug your vehicle.

With a bank card

• Download the Charge Assist app
  (available on Google Play or App Store)

• In the app, select the connector matching the reference number shown under the socket of the charging station you are using.

• Choose your payment method.

• Plug your cable into the selected socket.

• Click “Start charging”.

• To stop the charging session, open the Charge Assist app again.

• Unplug your cable from the socket.

• You’re ready to go!
