We accept payments from the vast majority of mobility cards (Chargemap, Charge+, Freshmile, ...)

1. First, plug your cable into the charging station, then into your vehicle.
2. Hold your RFID card near the station’s reader.
3. Once the card is recognized, the charging session will start automatically.
4. To stop charging, tap your RFID card again. The cable will unlock and you can unplug your vehicle.

Assistance via intercom available 24/7

Intercoms are installed near the charging stations. In less than 10 seconds, you’ll be connected with a multilingual member of the Interparking team, available at any time to assist you, solve an issue, or answer your questions.

Is it possible that my invoice, issued by my electric vehicle charging card provider, is higher than the price displayed by Interparking?

Yes, it is possible that you have a subscription with your charging card provider and that you pay a surcharge in addition to the charging session. Check the rates applied by your mobility card.
